April & Chen have been married since St. Patrick’s Day in 2011. They have 3 children, which keeps them active. April has lived in Kansas her whole life, and moved to Topeka in 2003 to attend Washburn University. She has a degree in Cultural Anthropology.
April enjoys teaching her children about gardening, health, and business. The kids enjoy learning what Mom and Dad do all day.
April is Founder of Topeka’s Generosity Network. This organization allows them to connect with the best professionals in the community. Leading a networking group for 6 years has helped to develop skills in public speaking, leadership, organization, planning, and networking. She enjoys facilitating connections in the community.
